Refund Policy

1. Consulting engagements

Refund and cancellation terms for consulting engagements with Dr Brendan Moloney / B-Systems OÜ are set out in each signed Statement of Work. The information on this page is general guidance.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel an engagement subject to the cancellation clause in your signed SOW. Most SOWs allow cancellation with prorated refund of unused fees, less any work-product handover or third-party costs already incurred.

3. Discovery and proposal

Initial discovery calls and written proposals are provided at no charge. No payment is requested before a Statement of Work is signed.

4. How to request a refund

Email b-systems.enquiries@proton.me with:

• Your name and organisation
• The signed SOW reference
• The reason for your refund request

We will respond within 5 business days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

5. EU consumer rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union engaging us in a personal capacity (rather than on behalf of an institution), you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. This right is in addition to any other refund rights set out in your SOW.
