What are the 5W Questions This Short Course Covers?
The goal for this course is to take you through 5 key questions. Before we look at the five W questions, let’s examine ‘Why?’
Why? The first is “Why?” Yes. Why do you want to set up your own online institute? It’s not absolutely necessary to have an answer, but it sure helps. You may not know exactly why until many years after your first learners. Sometimes the exact reason is not clear. Nevertheless, taking a broad view of some of the reasons you have got you going may very well carry you through the hard times. Clarity around your reasons may also create more economy and efficiency around getting started. Your reasons may also give you feedback about how realistic your plans are or not. The course is not called ‘Making a million in 7 days’ (though that’s possible with online courses). It is far more realistic that your own online school provides a steady stream of income that compounds over time (pretty much like every other investment in the world).
So, once we cover off on the ‘Why’? We will then delve into the 5Ws:
Who? The second question is “Who?” Who are you planning to have as learners? Is there an existing group you serve ‘in real life’ that may gain by accessing online courses?
